I had my very first yoga session yesterday with Mia, and honestly, it couldn’t have gone smoother. She welcomed me like an friend; open hearted, gentle, and endlessly patient. Being the only one there, I felt no rush at all, just pure guidance through every stretch. She eased me into poses I’d never dared try, and left me calmer than I’ve felt in months. If you’re dipping toes into yoga, find someone like her, makes the whole thing feel possible.

My husband and I look forward to yoga with Mia all week. Life can get stressful, but her class is so restorative it just melts away. Every class is unique and it feels like each time it’s exactly what we needed. Her care is out of this universe and she tailors everything to your specific needs. Sometimes she even brings out the bowls and the vibration and sound allows a level of relaxation so profound that I was actually surprised to experience it. I have never had a better yoga experience and really appreciate Mia and her kindness so much!

Mia is an extremely professional, talented, and motivating yoga instructor. She keeps it fun and playful while focusing on your breath makes you deep and introspective. You feel safe doing poses, stretching, taking care of yourself, and healing. She works with her clients at any level and when you leave a session you feel relaxed and confident. Some sessions she breaks out the bowls and the vibrations ring powerfully through the room. Aches in my knees and shoulders felt relief after the exercise. Mia rocks!

Appreciate how Mia guides you to adapt each pose to your own needs. I’m in my mid 60’s and some poses are easier than others, so it’s great to be able to work with props and make the necessary adjustments.

THank you Mia! I really liked how there is a method to each position. The instructions were easy to follow. I felt very warmed up and ready to stretch when we got into the seated poses.
