Monday Yoga-Lates is a brand new class that incorporates pilates core work and the priniciples of yoga. Time of class recently changed to 9:15 am - 10:25.

On Thursday, November 12, there will be CPR Training again all day in the Pavilion. As we've done in the past, we will be moving our Restorative Yoga Session to the Grassy Knoll beside the Pavilion between the tennis courts and work out tent. This is always a delicious treat, to have a class out there on the grass under the blue sky! Hope to see you there!
