Heads Up for July : I will be out of town from July 19-August 18th. Ray Navarro will be stepping in to lead some incredible Restorative Classes on Thursdays! Sunday, Restorative Yoga and Monday, Mindfulness Practice will be taking a little break untill I return. I will miss our sessions!! 🕊️
